TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Cash Rebates Redemption).

 

  1. Cash points can be claimed with purchases of groceries (eg. rice, vegetables, meat produce, dairies, etc) as well as vitamins, pharmaceutical/medical products at the below selected Merchants : 

  2. Only 1 receipt per month.  Receipt is not allowed to be combined with another receipt.
  3. Monthly redemption capped at RM40 per single receipt.
  4. Monthly redemption of RM40.00 if unused cannot be carried forward and will be accounted under Hospitality World Point Calculator (HWPC)
  5. Cash points redemption cannot be combined with all the packages that was purchased (eg. If a customer has bought 2 x packages, then he cannot combine the points to claim together.)  Customer must submit 2 separate receipts for each membership (packages) for the month.
  6. Once redeemed, cancellation is not allowed.
  7. Receipt of purchase must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  8. Processing of redemption credit schedule will be performed twice in a month as stated below given 30 days- 45 days:
    • 15th of the month
    • Customer who submit receipt between 1st to 15 of the month.
      • Rebates credit date: 15th of the following month.
      • Example: Madam Chin submitted receipts via redemption point system (RPS) link on 13th October 2020, upon processing, checking and with approval, the rebates will be credited on 15th November 2020.
    • 31st of the month.
      • Customer who submit receipt between 16th to 31st of the month.
      • Rebates credit date: 31st of the following month.
      • Example : Datin Rozita submitted receipts via redemption point system (RPS) link on 28th October 2020, upon processing, checking and with approval, the rebates shall be credited on 31st November 2020.
    • If 15th & 31st of the month falls on weekend or Public Holiday, then this process shall be carried forward to the following working day.
  9. Cash points redemption is only under Hospitality World (HW) merchant listing.  Other merchants will not be entertained.
  10. Receipts from 3rd party merchant is not allowed (i.e Food Panda or Grab Food etc).
  11. Discounted voucher used for purchase of items will not be accepted for cash points redemption.
  12. Cash points are not transferrable.
  13. Points are not redeemable for cash during the validity of the package.
  14. Expired cash points are subject to renewal for extension.
  15. Cash rebate will be credited into Touch N Go e-wallet and Grab e-wallet only.
  16. Cash points redemption is redeemed via Hospitality World (HW) only and not directly from the listed merchants.
  17. Un-used points may expire unless advised otherwise.
  18. This cash points system becomes invalid upon expiry of the membership.
  19. The award of points is calculated according to Hospitality World’s Point Calculator (HWPC).  The package validity forms part of the calculations.
  20. The management reserves the right to substitute or change the merchant listings offered without prior notice.  The management reserves the right to review, amend or add to these conditions or withdraw the merchants/offer herein at any time without prior notice.
  21. The Management reserves the right to reject any non-essential items listed in the receipt.
  22. Receipt consists of more than 60% of non-essential items will be auto-rejected.
  23. Receipt consists of more than 60% of essential items shall rebate based on essential items spend only.

Covid19 is a global pandemic impacted our daily livelihood.

Herewith, Essential items refers to something which are extremely important or absolutely necessary to a particular subject, situation, or activity.

The very basic day-to-day essentials consists of rice grain, oil, egg, flour, sugar, salt, vegetable, poultry, selected seafood and canned food just to name a few, are essential livestock, claimable from our HW redemption essentials.

Illustrations of Essentials:
Option for donation besides monies is to donate/ provide “essentials” to the less privileged and/ or unfortunate and/or NGO and/or frontliners.

These “essentials” are commonly rice, oil, flour, eggs, sugar, salt, bread, and canned food, to name a few.

Candies, alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, instant noodle, ramen, tidbits, sweet drink, soft drink, dairy,  junk food just to name a few, are non essential to donate/ provide.

  1. Prior reservation of at least seven (7) days in advance must be made through Hospitality World Service Centre (HWSC) by taking a screenshot of the voucher and WhatsApp or call 03-21102659.
  2. This voucher is strictly not allowed to be used in conjunction with any other vouchers.
  3. Basmathi Rice are subject to availability.
  4. Priority charges may apply for ordering less than seven (7) days.
  5. A confirmation order will be given by HWSC.
  6. Usage of this voucher must be informed upon making reservation with HWSC.
  7. Member’s details must be verified by HWSC.
  8. This voucher is not redeemable for cash.
  9. This voucher becomes invalid upon expiry of membership.
  10. Monthly redemption up to 5kg only.
  11. This redemption is valid only for 4 times/per year (Based on 5kg redemption per month)
  12. Delivery during Monday to Friday. Delivery is not applicable during Saturday/ Sunday, Public holidays and Pandemic Movement Control (lockdown) period.
